The Art of Extraordinary Teaching

We closely monitor the work of our teachers and review their performance regularly through teacher appraisals to assess their knowledge and skills, their attitude and behaviour in the classroom as well as in the community. We seek regular 360 feedback from our students and parents about our teachers. All staff members of the school take part in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and adequate resources are allocated to develop their skills.

Child-Centric Pedagogy

Placing the child at the notional centre of the learning process in which they are active participants. This approach gives children choices of learning activities, with the teacher acting as facilitator of learning.

Humanising Pedagogy

Learning for marks or certificates only, is not education. Education should awaken humane feelings. Pedagogy is planned, in DWPS-R, to teach values and respect of fellow beings and Nature.
